Food
Tokyo is my favorite city in the world for food and my main reason for visiting. There are so many restaurants to try that I could go multiple times a year and not grow tired of it. Planning for a Tokyo trip, on the other hand, is a stressful process if you want to make reservations at the most coveted restaurants. Bars
Depending on the type of night you’re looking for, there are many places to go drinking around Tokyo. Go to Golden Gai in Shinjuku if you want to hop around a bunch of small bars brimming with personality. Hit up Shibuya if you want to go clubbing. Hang around Roppongi if you want to drink in the expat area of town. Or head to Ginza if you feel like sipping cocktails at a quiet bar.
